She shares great advice on Servant Leadership as well.

Benita Williams is an International Bestselling author, and CEO of Benita Williams Enterprises LLC, a boutique consulting company. Benita is an industry expert with over 20 years of executive leadership. Benita is also the visionary behind Restination; a powerful, accelerating transformation program and retreat for women who struggle with work/life balance while trying to achieve personal fulfillment. Benita’s tagline is “I sell time to busy professional women.”

Benita coaches others based on the work/life balance skills she has had to master in her own life. After a life-threatening wake-up call, Benita realized she had hit the wall of burnout and exhaustion, and she needed to make significant changes to the way she was juggling the stressors of life. During a spiritual business retreat, Benita was led to put the brakes on everything that she was pursuing and just rest. Sounds simple enough, but it was the hardest thing to do for her. Benita wore many hats; working as a director in the nonprofit sector, managing her writing career, and being a caregiver for her wonderful husband who has a disability, there was simply no time for rest for the superwoman; or so she thought.

Through a deep transformational process, Benita discovered how to "labor to rest." She has carefully developed and modeled this 3-step process in her own life, and now she has the mandate to help other busy professionals buy back their time so that they can live life on purpose with more time, energy, and personal fulfillment. Benita believes self-care is essential to peak performance.

Benita's work/life balance consists of living in North Carolina with her wonderful husband and her adorable kitty named Pearl. Benita enjoys cooking, writing, traveling, crafting, serving her church and community affiliations, and meeting new people who are on a mission to advance Kingdom initiatives.
