Sheetal is the Vice President/Medical Director for Impact Health Sharing, a not-for-profit Health Sharing Organization that shares an alternative to health care insurance. She describes what health care sharing means. She completed both her undergraduate and graduate studies at Barry University, graduating summa cum laude. She started her career as a Registered Nurse. After graduating with her Doctorate Degree in Nursing and becoming a board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in 2014, she joined Impact Health Sharing in 2021.
Dr.Maharaj, has two wonderful girls, aged 3 and 5, and attributes her happiness to being blessed with the opportunity to be their mother. She enjoys spending time cooking and traveling with her husband and children. She prides herself on the fact that she works for a not-for-profit organization that is helping others with access to affordable healthcare.
